Blue School

In Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam, a unique education and shopping concept is launched: Blue School. A cooperation between ROC Mondriaan, mboRijnland, two retail experts, and the Blue School. 
Blue School is a real store in which entrepreneurship and education go together. Education is reflected in all facets in the shop. The first group of students will start in September to become retail professionals.

For this great cooperation we created a bold and recognizable brand identity & logo. The new Blue School identity links to the interior design of the new shop. The stitched “B” forms within the pocket shaped logo, which relates to the arches in the store. The logo can be used in different ways. This way the identity feels free and will always be easy to use. The pocket shaped logo communicates ‘denim’ and can be used on T-shirts, bags and packaging material. We think it’s to cool for school!
